Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time sheets and other payroll-related information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software.
